Pasquill offer a range of engineered timber floor solutions to speed up build time, reduce building maintenance, squeaks and site waste.

 

I-joists, also known as I-beams, are beams with an I shaped cross-section. The horizontal elements are flanges, while the vertical element is called the web.  I-Joists are manufactured to precise specification using a high grade softwood (or LVL) flange bonded to an OSB web.  Find out more about I-Joists.

Posi-joists™ are metal webjoists and combine the light weight of timber with the strength of a steel web.  The Posi-joist™ allows building designers the freedom to have a variety of internal room layouts without the constraints of solid and other engineered timber joists.  See more information on Posi-Joists.

 

With consistency, high density and a precision tongued and grooved profile, Caberfloor is the leading flooring. The moisture
resistant P5 grade is the most commonly specified in the UK and is frequently used in the construction of cassette floors.
