Efficient. Reliable. Helpful. Friendly. Professional. These are just some of the ways our customers described us in our most recent Customer Satisfaction Survey.

We always want to know what our customers think. That’s why Pasquill has once again partnered with TLF Research to conduct a survey to ensure continue to exceed the high standards our customers have come to expect from us.

In total, 200 customers were interviewed, including builders’ merchants, direct buyers, housebuilders, people in the timber frame sector, contractors and developers.

We are delighted to have scored 90% on the satisfaction index, which places us among the top entries out of 1,280 companies in the TFL customer satisfaction league table.

What’s more, 72% of those asked also said they would recommend us to other business associates, a real signal that they value what we do and what we deliver.

One customer even said: “I am over the moon with how Pasquill got over structural difficulties and made the 3D Plan so easy to work from. I would like to say thank you to all of the Pasquill team for making my own build a lot easier and at a very reasonable price.”

Our hardworking team scored highly and were praised for being both effective and contactable. If you think you’ve got what it takes to be a Pasquill colleague, head over to our careers page to find out more.

Deliveries are an area of real importance to our customers and so we were pleased to see we are also rating strongly for both lead times and on time delivery. Find out more about our express delivery service here.

Meanwhile, our products received very high marks across the board, with specific reference to both their quality and their condition on delivery. You can read more about our full range of products, including Posi-joists, roof trusses, floor cassettes and more, in our Technical Library.

However, we know that there’s always more we can do, so we’ll also take on board any and all suggested areas of improvement. We’d also love to know about your experiences of working with us, so get in touch and tell us what you think.
